May 14, 2024 Financial Update​
Through eight (8) months of the fiscal year we are still in the black, but our budget forecast shows us losing $21,574 over the slower last four months of the year, leaving us with a small gain of $3,570.

In May, June, July and August we forecast to gain/(lose) ($6,340), ($2,120), $4,410 , and ($17,524), respectively. Concern exists because we've missed our forecasts by an average of $8K for each of the last three months. Fortunately, in May we will be recording the proceeds of a stock sale from a generous donor in the amount of $16,672. This should assure us that, for at least the month of May, we will record a gain and not a loss. June, July and August remain challenges, but we are committed to recording a balanced budget even if that means some cost cutting during our summer doldrums.
