Office Manager
Part-Time Position (20 Hours)

Primary Purpose

The Office Manager manages the operations of the church office to support the overall ministry of Creekside Covenant Church.


1)    Manage the Church Operations

  • Manage the overall flow and functionality of church office space and systems
  • Maintain the communications of the church: weekly emails, printed materials, website management, social media, etc.
  • Maintain information resources: church and facility use calendar, church database, and other essential systems and records
  • Manage and provide timely response to the main office phone calls and email
  • Procure supplies for all operations as needed; track budgets related to job responsibilities
  • Oversee and provide support for administrative volunteers

2)    Provide Administrative Support to Creekside Ministries

  • Provide administrative support for: Children’s, Youth, Finance, and Leadership Teams (and other teams as able)
  • In collaboration with our Facility Team, be responsible for church access and security management (keys/key cards) as well as other facility needs (e.g. ordering janitorial supply needs)
  • Collaborate with the Church Staff to assist with the coordination of church-wide events
  • As time is available, provide general assistance to church volunteers

3)    Other General Duties

  • Attend regular staff meetings (including occasional longer offsite retreat days)
  • Work with authenticity in accordance with the Covenant Affirmations, Constitution and Bylaws of this congregation
  • Other duties, as assigned (within the allotted hours for this position)

  • Preferred (but not required): experience with basic graphic design


This position will require approximately 20 hours per week (typically spread out with some flexibility between Monday-Friday / layout of weekly hours will be collaboratively determined during the hiring process).  This position is supervised by the Lead Pastor.
